Who we are

Jay Street Media was founded by Jarod, who spent five years at Google managing advertising for some of the world's most demanding brands—including Apple's hardware portfolio and over 1,000 SMBs. He learned exactly how Google's ecosystem works from the inside. But after years in the corporate world, he wanted something different: to see the impact of his work, to be part of a community, and to help the people behind the businesses he loved most.

Restaurants were the obvious answer. Jarod grew up working in them. He loves the conversation, the ambiance, the shared culture, the personalities of the people who pour everything into creating a place where others can gather. So he started tinkering—and then obsessing—with ways to help his favorite small businesses in the world actually thrive online.

Today, Jay Street Media works primarily in Google Ads and local SEO, but everything we do is rooted in one principle: provable ROI. We don't deal in vanity metrics.
